This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding department of Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies with an opportunity for x2 Research Scientists to join the Company within the Process Development Downstream Process Operations group.
The candidate must have a strong scientific knowledge, especially in the field of protein science and purification, and as the role involves internal and external customer interaction must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be laboratory-based and contribute to PD DSP Operations within a project team to provide high quality experimental planning and work in the development, evaluation and characterisation of processes for the production of novel therapeutic products (particularly proteins). They may also act as a Line Manager within the PD DSP Operations organogram structure supporting and developing scientists within the group.
