As we continue on a period of significant growth we have an opportunity for an additional Organisational Development Business Partner to join the Company.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced OD professional to join a fast paced, successful and rapidly growing business as part of a growing team. The successful candidate will bring new energy and new ideas for major improvements across the UK sites and beyond. FDB’s ambitious growth targets and refreshed people strategy provide a rare opportunity for the right individual to make a significant impact on how that growth is achieved through our key resource – our employees.
The successful applicant will be instrumental in how we go about achieving an engaged, motivated and competent workforce. They will take control of key elements of an evolving 3 year strategy intended to completely reimagine the existing approaches to competence development, staff engagement and motivation.
Working in a highly regulated industry the successful candidate will be expected to take the lead during major audits, defending the business’s approach to competence management and extolling the virtues of our people strategy. They will be required to work cross-functionally within a complex matrixed organisation.
They are expected to work towards the alignment of Learning & Development approaches across all FDB sites globally, by working closely with equivalent job holders at other sites. They will be required to identify and develop future leaders to secure the longevity and future success of FDB. To do this they will need to engage with individuals throughout the organisation in very diverse roles at all levels, through the development of engaging training, mentoring and coaching programmes.
